CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
This is to inform all approved CPD providers that they will each be required to submit a brief on any Continuous Professional Development Courses or Training Programmes (CPD) they intend to organise for the purpose of allocation of CPD credit points. The brief should reach the Council at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the CPD event.
All approved CPD Providers are additionally informed that according to the Medical Council (Continuing Professional Development) Regulations 2016, a certified copy of all attendance sheets should be submitted to the Council within 14 days from the date a CPD event has been held.
Please note that CPD provider who fails to abide to the above Regulations will be disqualified as an approved CPD provider.
